Salon Policies

Please take a moment to review our salon policies before booking an appointment. These guidelines help us provide a high level of service, maintain a calm schedule, and respect the time of both our clients and our specialists.

Booking & Deposit

A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment.  
The deposit is applied toward your total service price on the day of your visit.

All booking details, including appointment confirmation and deposit instructions, are sent to you via SMS immediately after your appointment is created.

Appointments without a deposit may be subject to cancellation.

Payment Methods

We kindly accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Zelle

Please note that we do not accept credit cards at this time.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.  
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in deposit forfeiture.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduled with proper notice.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit.  
Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.

- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service time may be shortened.
- If arriving 20 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Services & Technician Levels

Our services are available with a Regular Nail Technician or a Top Nail Technician.  
Pricing varies based on the level of expertise selected at booking.

All manicure and pedicure services include professional Russian cuticle care.  
All pedicure services also include heel care unless otherwise stated.

Guarantee & Adjustments

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  
If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

Health & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons:
- We do not perform services on nails with infections, open wounds, or certain medical conditions.
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or nail concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse service if providing it would compromise safety or quality.
